Return Policy for Smart Kidz Palace
1. Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted for items sold in a different category than intended.
Items must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all accompanying materials.

Customers must contact Smart Kidz Palace within 5 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.

Upon approval, customers can choose between a replacement product or a refund.
Refunds will be credited within 3-5 working days through the original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
